Our methodology

  • Secure Server-Based:
    • This model involves scanning and uploading documents on a top-secure FTP server located either in India or outside India.
    • Our team accesses this data securely by logging into the server and works on the obtained data.
    • Upon completion, our team uploads the work back to the secure FTP server.
  • Email-Based:
    • Clients can directly send all their documents over email.
    • Our team accesses these documents through email and works on them.
    • Once the work is complete, final documents are sent back to the client via email.
  • Remote Access-Based:
    • Clients scan their documents and place them in shared folders on their servers.
    • Using remote desktop access services like secure VPN, our team connects to client computers to complete the work.
    • We log off the system once the work is completed.
